Second German-Irish Business Award

The German-Irish Business Award, presented by the German-Irish Chamber of Industry & Commerce (AHK Ireland), is a award that recognises outstanding achievements by companies from all industries in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and their contributions to strengthening German-Irish business relations.

This award recognises companies with projects that demonstrate a strong commitment to social responsibility, the positive contribution to communities, creation of jobs, and the promotion of bilateral economic relations between Germany and Ireland.

The winner selection is based on the following criteria:

• Sustainable social impact and societal contribution (1-10 points), including initiatives that contribute positively to communities, promote inclusion, create jobs and/or support environmental and sustainable development
• Commitment to German-Irish economic relations (1-10 points)

The maximum total score is 20 points (1 point = low contribution, 10 points = outstanding contribution).

Conditions of participation:

Companies that stand out due to their sustainable social commitment and their contribution to deepening German-Irish economic relations are eligible to participate.

The project description must not exceed 6,000 characters and must be in text form (pdf, no videos).

The projects submitted will be assessed by a jury.

Award ceremony:

The award ceremony will take place at the Second German-Irish Business Gala on 6 November 2026. The winner will receive media visibility through AHK Ireland's communication channels.
