Your tasks:
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable information, e.g. entering sales and purchase invoices into Sage 50 Accounts
- Cash management/reporting
- Account reconciliations
- VAT return reporting
- Correspondence with clients in Ireland and Germany
- Research activities
- Project work
- Administrative tasks within the Chamber
Requirements:
- Business Administration/Finance student
- Organisational skills, flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail

- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of accounting is an advantage

- Support the HR & Educations team in all areas of work

Requirements:
- Ideally a university degree or diploma in a relevant field of study
- Previous practical experience / customer service / HR
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a team
Events & Marketing
Your tasks:
- Planning events from start to finish
- Assisting with general membership tasks
- Budget management
- Event marketing and advertising
- Website management and social media
Requirements:
- Creative thinking and great imagination, inventiveness
- Spontaneous and solution-focused
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Eventbrite, Canva, CRM is not a requirement, but desirable

Your tasks in the field of law:
- Business law, in particular labour and tax law
- Company formation and dissolution in Ireland and Germany
- Intra-European trade
Your tasks in the area of tax:
- Advising companies on the requirements of the Irish tax system
- Registering companies for VAT and construction withholding tax in Ireland
- Carrying out tax refund procedures
- Registering employees and employers in Ireland
Requierments:
- Business studies, in particular with a focus on tax, controlling and law
- Organisational skills
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Independent, team-oriented work
- Good knowledge of German and English
