German-Irish Business Forum 2026
Following the successful launch of the German-Irish Business Forum in 2025, we are pleased to announce that the Forum will return in 2026, this time with a forward-looking focus: Artificial Intelligence and its transformative potential for business, industry, and cross-border cooperation.
In 2025, leading representatives from business, politics, and academia gathered in Dublin to discuss the central challenges and opportunities of the energy transition. With high-level speakers, dynamic panels, and intensive exchange, the Forum immediately established itself as a new platform for German-Irish dialogue and innovation.
In 2026, we will build on this foundation.
AI is reshaping global value chains, redefining productivity, and opening entirely new economic and societal opportunities. At the same time, it raises important questions around regulation, ethics, skills, competitiveness, and responsible implementation. The German-Irish Business Forum 2026 will place these topics at the centre of discussion, providing a space where decision-makers can exchange insights, debate strategic developments, and explore new fields of cooperation.
The Forum continues its mission: strengthening German-Irish partnerships, promoting dialogue on technologies that will shape the future, and supporting the business community as it navigates technological transformation.
